Queer as Folk!
MCC North London passionately strives to empower our own Folk, and we're as proud as punch to be able to showcase those special people who make up our numbers. This is a church of inclusion. And that includes you!
These pages will be a work in progress - they have to be, MCC North London is a church of development and teaching, of empowerment and sending. So its also a church of change and changing faces!
Many have passed through our doors and gone on to be wonderful beacons of hope and excellent ambassadors of Christ.
We would like therefore to use these pages to celebrate our current "workers in the field" and passed alumni as a way of encouraging us all to be part of the body.
Watch this space...
Keep an eye on these pages and watch the testimony of God's goodness to the LGBT community here at MCC North London unfold. The Queer as Folk pages will be a regular feature in our newsletter - so be sure to sign up!
In the spotlight this time is .....
Shining Stars
MCCNL is pround of its heritage as a training and sending church. There is a stong history of being a church were we have trained up clergy and laity alike.
Our only agenda - which is not at all hidden - is to see LGBTQ folk prosper and grow in grace as they explore their life with God and community. When we see those folks move on - we're both sad to see them go, but equally we celebrate their new chaper with them.
